PROFILE OF THE EXAMINATION CELL

The Examination Cell of the College functions as a vital administrative unit, ensuring the smooth and systematic conduct of examinations in accordance with the rules, regulations, and schedules prescribed by Andhra University, to which the college is affiliated. As a recognized Examination Centre of Andhra University, the college plays a crucial role in maintaining the integrity, transparency, and efficiency of the university examination system.

The Examination Cell is responsible for the effective coordination and execution of all university examinations, including semester-end examinations, supplementary examinations, and other assessments notified by Andhra University. It strictly adheres to the university’s examination calendar, guidelines, and confidentiality norms to uphold academic standards and credibility.

The Cell oversees various examination-related activities such as receipt and secure custody of confidential materials, seating arrangements, invigilation, supervision, attendance monitoring, and timely dispatch of answer scripts to the University. Adequate infrastructure, surveillance mechanisms, and trained staff are deployed to ensure a fair, disciplined, and malpractice-free examination environment.
